Through teaching from the Word of God and practical exercise:
Equipping believers by grace to function in Divinely imparted gifts for ministry to the world and building up the Body of Christ until we reach maturity In Christ.    Ephesians 4:11-16

Unto all believers has been given a grace equipping them to minister.  As each member gives in ministry and receives from other members, corporately the Body of Christ comes to full maturity unto the stature of the fullness of Christ. 

We must recognize our calling and receive from others helping them grow and become skilled in their ministry.   The revelation of His Infinite Grace is neccesary in order that His Eternal Purpose be realized.
